From dorm style wings to luxury apartments we have accommodation that caters to professional athletes, corporate groups, government tenants, and community teams alike. With 450 beds we are one of the largest accommodation facilities in the country providing a one stop shop for all your training and conference needs.

Closely situated to our Performance Institute, conference rooms and dining hall, Premier Change rooms and training fields, our Village Apartments are set amidst serene natural surroundings, with off street car and bus parking.

The Village

The Village consists of 50 well appointed apartments each with two king sized beds, full bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry. Laid out across 7 blocks with outdoor seating, 3v3 basketball court and attractive native gardens The Village also boasts 25 wheelchair accessible units and 4 altitude controlled apartments.

Dining Hall

On-campus catering can cater groups of up to 200 guests. Set menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional catering options are available.

Nikau

78 king single rooms with 13 rooms on each of the 6 floors. These rooms are booked by the wing and with a shared bathroom and kitchenette are ideal for groups or community teams.

Kauri

7 king single rooms, 1 double room, and 1 queen bed studio apartment all with ensuites, these rooms are ideal for the solo traveller or those seeking the comfort and privacy of their own space.
